Mutiny
Day 19
The main Aitutaki alliance of Candice Woodcock, Jonathan Penner, Sundra Oakley, Becky Lee, and Yul Kwon were content to keep outsider Ozzy Lusth around until a potential merge because of his providing abilities. However, Candice formed a sub-alliance with Jonathan, and both planned to flip and reunite with the other original Rarotonga members, Adam Gentry and Parvati Shallow. Despite that, Candice actually didn’t trust him enough and still wanted to get him out.
At Rarotonga, the issue was trust was discussed, with Nate Gonzalez confessing that he didn’t trust Brad Virata .
Day 20
On Day 20, Candice and Jonathan mutinied from Aitutaki to back to their original tribe, Rarotonga.
Day 21
Aitutaki came from behind and beat Rarotonga in the Immunity Challenge. Candice told Parvati that she didn’t have a strong bond with Jonathan. Nate wanted Jonathan out, but Adam pointed out to him that Brad would likely flip back to the original Puka Puka members, Becky and Yul, on Aitutaki. Nate did his best “Denzel” to keep Brad in the dark on his new plans. Candice also informed Adam of Jonathan’s plans to weaken him, angering him. But he and Nate said they would remain strong and eliminate Brad.
At Tribal Council, Brad revealed that he didn’t trust the tribe as a whole. This only added to the tribe’s motivation to get him out, which they did, 7-1.
