Udder Revenge
Day 16 – Both tribes have the upcoming merge on their mind. The Tagi alliance think they have the upper hand because Pagong isn’t taking the game seriously. Susan wants to target Greg, Jenna, and Gervase first. Richard is confident that he’s the one calling the shots.
At Pagong camp, the tribe prepares to eat one of the chickens they won at the previous Reward Challenge. Though some tribe members are squeamish about killing the bird, Joel does the deed and the tribe chows down. Pagong plans to eat all three chickens before the merge so that Tagi can’t have any.
Back at Tagi, Richard has taken to lounging around camp in the nude due to the hot weather. His tribemates are none too thrilled with the new development.
Pagong has a controversy of its own when Gervase makes an offensive joke, declaring, “Girls are the stupidest thing on this planet next to cows.” Jenna and Colleen were angry, and privately wonder why Gervase hasn’t been voted out already. Gervase theorizes that his charm and personality are keeping him safe in the game. Jenna and Colleen are also annoyed with Joel, who congratulated Gervase on the joke.
For the Reward Challenge, three tribe members must search an abandoned campsite to find three items (an army helmet, a can opener, and a pocket knife). After Tagi found its first two items, Richard accidentally returns with a duplicate item, handing the victory to Pagong. They win canned foods and a chocolate bar.
Back at camp, Joel and Gervase talk about Pagong sticking together as an alliance when the merge comes.
Day 18 – Pagong discusses the impending merge and says that the six of them should stick together or risk getting voted out one by one. However, Gretchen isn’t too interested in joining an alliance. Elsewhere, Jenna and Colleen are getting increasingly annoyed by Joel, whom they perceive as condescending and bossy towards the women. Joel insists he isn’t a chauvinist.
The Immunity Challenge is a relay race that involves swinging on a rope, scaling a wall, and crossing a series of boards to reach the finish line.
