Overview:
Paluwagan is a web-based rotating savings management system inspired by the Filipino tradition of communal monthly contributions and payouts. Designed with a bright, playful UI (inspired by Duolingo), this app allows users to create and manage 12-month savings groups with ease and accountability.

Key Features:

• ✅ Group Creation & Member Management
  Users can create groups with up to 12 manually entered members. Payout order is set upon creation, ensuring a clear rotation.

• 📅 Dynamic Payout Schedule
  Payout months are automatically calculated based on the group’s creation date, giving each member a unique schedule.

• 💵 Manual Collection Tracking
  Group creators can manually update monthly collection statuses per member (Pending/Collected), maintaining full control over the process.

• 🔐 User Authentication & Email Verification
  Secure login and registration system with email verification (using Brevo/Sendinblue SMTP).

• 🖥️ Admin Dashboard
  Includes a user-friendly sidebar menu, payout summaries, total collection stats, and a complete overview of all groups created by the user.
