School Visit at Coast
A refreshing start of my day, the breeze of the wind is very cool and I have enough sleep, feeling blessed. Today I’m excited to visit the CQ University at Noosa and meeting Samara, a board executive in SunED from CQ University. I haven’t met her before during the welcome-programme of WBSA.
We went to the CQ University and I’am astonished with the school setting. The school was absolutely beautiful and funky. I have met Naya an international student taking her PhD Degree in the university. She is from USA and she is lovely. We’ve got lunch to the cool café inside the school. The university looks like very modern, classy and for me it just like a mall. AMAZING!
I’ve interviewed by the media today to put my story again to a paper. This is my third time now to be interviewed for a newspaper and I feel very much overwhelmed. One lady took me a photo and I became a model! Haha sounds good! Feels like im a legendary! It’s very funny because I’m holding the surf board and some people passing by and looking at me #awkward.
On the other hand, I have my school-tour visit with Samara and she bring me to Naya, a lovely staff in the school. Naya showed to me their new technology in the school which “The Computer Eye Tracker”. This technology is all about tracking your eyes while you are using computer. There is a machine and webcam connected in the computer. It is effective in detecting autism, eye to eye contact with online teaching, detecting ECG in the hospital (if the doctors read accurately on the waves of the ECG. It prevents wrong diagnosis of diseases), and other medical or science field. Our eyes are very powerful, we can tell if people are happy. It is an impressive invention nowadays and CQ University has a room for this tool.
I visit their rooms, laboratory, nursing room, and it is beautiful. I feels like I want to study here. I fall in love with this place. The environment is cool atmosphere for studying.
